One meal you could add as a side dish is Kale.
This recipe is a thanksgiving gift from me to you because you are awesome and special.
It’s very easy to make, and does not take more than 10 minutes.
Sautéed Organic Kale
I believe in organic vegetables, so look for fresh organic kale.
One pound organic kale (remove ribs and chop into small pieces)
Two tablespoon olive oil
One large red onion (chopped in small pieces)
Salt and pepper
Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
Add chopped onions and stir fry till soft but not colored.
Add kale and toss to combine.
Stir for 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste
