What’s Your Reason for not Blogging?

When I started my blog three years ago, my goal was to get my message out there.

I wanted to share my message with other international nurses to make their relocation to America easier.

Do you have a message you want to share?  I know many nurse entrepreneurs who run businesses like; CPR classes, NCLEX tutorials, home health companies, STNA training, and lots more. The question is, do you have a blog that tells others about your business?

Let me tell you a secret, -when I started this blog, I wanted to get my message out there, write my book and call it a day.

My plan was to move on and write short stories like, “The Number One Ladies Detective” by Alexander M. Smith. I truly admire this author, and writing short stories about Africa is still on my bucket list.

I received so many benefits from my blog; I couldn’t stop blogging.

This motivated me to start the Blogging School.

In this article, I’ll share some of the benefits of blogging.

  • Get your message out there

Do you know why they say the richest place is the graveyard? Because there are many messages that need to be read and heard, and many stories that need to be told. These messages and stories have been buried with the messengers.

If you have a message to share with others, don’t be afraid of blogging to get it out there. I got my message out with this blog.

  • Employment opportunities

Have you been looking for a job for a long time? Many employers seek creative individuals because they believe they will add value to their companies.

If you have a blog, you can showcase what else you do, and you will stand out of the crowd. In fact, you don’t even need to do a lot of job hunting; the recruiters will come to you and offer you opportunities. This has happened to me because of my blog.

  • Sell your products

If you have something to sell, there is no better way than to blog about your product or service. If you are an author, don’t wait for your publishing company to talk about your book, you can blog about it, and lots of people will get to know of it.

  • Speaking

Blogging opens doors for speaking opportunities. My blog has opened doors for me to speak to audiences I would never have.  You will get invited to speak on radio and podcast as well.

  • Freelance writing

Blogging will open doors for you to get paid for freelance writing, which is extra income. I got an opportunity to co-author a book because of my blog.

  • Monetization

When you have a blog, there are many ways you can monetize it. It becomes an extra source of income.

These are some of the benefits my blog has given me.

In January 2015, I’m opening doors to the Blogging School.

If you attend these classes, I will show you exactly how you can create these same results plus more, for yourself!

I’ll be teaching you everything I know about building your blog -from finding your ideal niche, content creation, getting traffic to list-building and monetization.

The classes will be online, and I will be answering all your questions along the way.

You will receive two lessons every week, and in just six weeks, you will learn exactly how to start a professional blog and create an authentic online presence.

That Negative Voice!

Don’t listen to that voice in your head that tells you, you can’t do it.

The voice will tell you, “you can’t write.” Never mind, I was terrible when I started, I continue to improve as I blog.

The voice will say to you, “no one will read my blog.” Don’t believe that voice, as long as you have a good message, there are plenty of people who will love to read your blog.

The voice will say, “Blogging is for those people, you don’t have what it takes.” Tell the voice, “I deserve good things too!”

Don’t hesitate to sign up for the blogging class in January 2015.
